2. Will the bracelets fade or rust?

No.

316L steel does not fade, rust, or discolor - Even with sweat, showers, or daily wear.
Every bracelet comes with a 12-month No-Fade Guarantee.

If anything happens, we replace it.

3. Are the bracelets waterproof?

Yes - All Identity pieces are:

4. What size should I choose?

Use this quick guide:

  • S/M: 17-19 cm wrist

  • M/L: 19-21 cm wrist

If you’re in between sizes choose M/L.

To measure your wrist:
Wrap a tape measure (or string) around your wrist where you’d normally wear a bracelet.

5. How long does shipping take?

UK: 2-4 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days

International: 7-14 business days

All orders include tracking.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes - We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition.

Exchanges are available if you need a different size or prefer another piece.

You’re covered.

Every Identity piece includes a 12-month No Fade Warranty against:

  • Tarnishing

  • Hardware defects

  • Manufacturing issues
