Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom. As well as the majority of Europe/USA and Asia. 

Cost
Free on every UK order. No minimum spend.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, goes out the next working day.

Delivery
Sent with Royal Mail. Usually 1 working days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships. If it hasn't arrived within 1 working days, email us at contact@identitycollectives.com and we'll chase it.

Wrong address
We send to the address you give at checkout. If it's wrong, email us straight away - if it hasn't shipped yet we can change it. Once it's gone, we can't.

Lost or damaged
If it doesn't turn up, or turns up damaged, email contact@identitycollectives.com within 5 days of the delivery date in the UK or 10-12 days in Europe/Usa or Asia and we'll replace it or refund you.
