Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom. We also ship to most of Europe, the USA and Asia. 

Cost
Free on every UK order. No minimum spend.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, goes out the next working day.

Delivery
Sent with Royal Mail.
UK: usually 1 working day from dispatch.
Europe, USA and Asia: estimated 4–5 working days from dispatch. Customs checks can add extra time, and any import charges are set by the destination country.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships. If it hasn't arrived within the delivery times above, email us at contact@identitycollectives.com and we'll chase it.

Wrong address
We send to the address you give at checkout. If it's wrong, email us straight away - if it hasn't shipped yet we can change it. Once it's gone, we can't.

Lost or damaged
If it doesn't turn up, or turns up damaged, email contact@identitycollectives.com within 5 days of the delivery date in the UK or 10–12 days in Europe, USA or Asia and we'll replace it or refund you.
