Most black jewellery isn't black. It's silver with a coat of paint.
Plating sits on top of the metal. A few weeks of showers, gym sessions and shirt cuffs and it starts to go, usually at the clasp and the link edges first. Then it's patchy. Then it's green.
Ours is PVD coated. The colour is bonded into the surface rather than sitting on it, so there's no layer to wear through. It doesn't flake and it resists tarnishing.
The links are solid rather than hollow, so it sits with some weight and moves properly on the wrist rather than sliding about. Matte black, no shine.
It works on its own or stacked with one of the tennis bracelets.

Why we made it
Solid links cost more to make than hollow ones and the difference doesn't show in photographs. It shows when you pick it up. That's most of what separates a bracelet that lasts from one that looks the part for a month.
